Stay Grateful - My tips to Keep a positive mindset
I'm a sucker for a good anti-Monday Meme as much as the next girl but secretly, I (sometimes) like them! Yes, Sunday is the first day of the week but it's Monday when you get stuff done! Monday is your fresh start and your chance to try something new. And what better time than Monday to really get that fresh start.
So instead of trembling at the thought of your weekend ending, here's my new goal: I have this app for my phone called Gratitude. It's made by this super-cute company Happy Tapper, and the only reason I bought it was because of the illustrations :) *adorable illustrations are my weakness*
Most of my senior year in high school, I committed to an entry every day. All I did was list 5 or so things that I was grateful for in the day, rank the day 1-5 stars and put a picture. It really is amazing! It kept me thinking positive thoughts and sometimes I couldn't wait to type in my entries.
My goal is to start doing this again! I want to revamp my life and focus on accomplishing. There are 168 hours in every week. I want to make the most of my time and I want to be grateful for it. My life is so blessed and sometimes I get so caught up in stuff that I don't appreciate the small stuff. That's exactly what this app does. So check it out and I recommend buying it.
